No time for the gym, no problem.

The warm up:

One mile run.


Main workout:

>6 x 30 push-ups

>6 x 35 sit ups

>4 x 10 pull- ups

>Rest 20 - 30 secs between each sets


Directions:

perform one set of each exercise rest 20-30 secs between each set.,Then rest 20 secs before doing another set of each, and so on, until you complete all sets. When you're done wrap it up with a two to three mile run.
