  1. I'm trying to develop better/healthier eating habits especially for breakfast. I usually try to rotate and alternate my breakfast choices but I maintainly stick with 3 options: (1) scrambled eggs, with a side of whole wheat toast, beef sausage, and a cup of green tea with lemon, and occasionally honey; (2) plain bagel with flavored cream cheese with a cup of green tea with lemon and honey; or (3) flavored oatmeal with dried cranberries and apple slices and a cup of regular tea with lemon. From time to time, I do switch out the tea for a cup of coffee. Which of those options are good or bad or that I should try to stay away from?
