Amino Acids: are found in protein foods: meats, fish, nuts and beans.


B Vitamins: are found in whole grains, meats, leafy vegetables and diary.


Vitamin C: is found in oranges, tomatoes, sweet potatoes and leafy green vegetables.


Zinc: is found in meats, fish, nuts, dairy products and beans.


Magnesium: is found in nuts, seeds and leafy vegetables.


Manganese: is found in nuts, seeds and tropical fruits.
