Time Management

Ask yourself:


Is there really enough time in one day?


Why can't I have time to be healthier?


I'm too busy to cook healthy good.


Why can't I find time to go to the gym?


What should I eat to be healthy?


All your answers are in one simple answer.


IF ITS IMPORTANT YOU WILL FIND THE TIME.


Now you say you don't have time to cook everyday so that's why you eat out(unhealthy eating). This could be true but if you wanted to you would find the time. If you are busy monday thru friday, so sat and sun is your do it all days. Then do all your grocery shopping and cooking and ironing that day. Package your cooked meals for the week in separate containers labeled for each day. Now if you cook food for monday and you want fridays food then switch. There's nothing wrong with that. This will save you TIME and MONEY. Plus time and money spent stopping on your way home to get food when you have food at home will save you a bunch of time and money.


So now you wonder how will it save you time by doing this.


1. Save time from deciding what and where to eat everyday. Now if your human and in your right mind you have to eat everyday. And you can prepare you're brkfst and lunch the day before for work or school.


2. You will save time also by ironing your weekly clothes while your food is cooking. If you like to iron everyday it becomes a (bad)habit in which you have to break.


Now you ask how will it save you money?


1. Save you money by over spending on outside food. You may choose the cheapest thing to eat while you're outside but you won't easy that everyday. Also one day you may spend $5, next may be $7, next maybe $11. You do the math and that's only for lunch not including dinner.


2. When we are out buying lunch/dinner everyday you tend not to add up how much you spend for the week. You only think of it as for that one day.


3. Bringing healthy packaged(by you) snacks/lunch to work school everyday saves you from going out to buy unhealthy foods that will throw you off your healthy eating.


Now if you don't like saving tine and money. Then this is not for you. But if you do just try this for 2 weeks and write down what you buy out and spend everyday from a candy bar to your salad. Then next 2 weeks do the about steps and write it down and compare. Saving time and money will give you a better daily attitude and make you a happier person. I know I'm happy when I save money and have time to rest.
