Did you have your "CINNULIN"?

I bet you didnt think that cinnamon rolls could possibly be good for you. Well, you were right. Mostly.

WHAT:
Cinnulin is a trademark extract of cinnamon that has been shown to affect insulin's actions in the body.

WHERE:
You can eat all the offerings at Cinnabon, but you wont get the same effects unless youre taking this puppy as a supplement.

WHY:
Cinnulin's primary impact is to increase insulin production by the pancreas and insulin sensitivity in muscle cells. This is beneficial not only to overall health - increased insulin sensitivity is essentially the opposite of diabetes - but also to mass. Insulin helps push glucose and amino acids into muscle cells, helping them grow. it has also been shown to enhance creating uptake by muscle cells, helping make the most of that supplement.
